Shipping Costs
Shipments within Germany are free of charge for orders over 249 euros. For orders under 249 euros, shipping costs of 4.95 euros apply. Shipping costs to European countries and non-EU countries vary. The shipping costs are clearly stated on the product pages, in the shopping cart system, and on the order page.
Return
Thank you for shopping with us! If your order does not meet your expectations, we offer you an easy way to return and exchange it through our Returns Portal.
Alternatively, you have the option to conveniently drop off your return at one of our retail stores. Our colleagues on site will gladly accept it and are available for personal advice if needed. Find a store near you here: Henry Stevens Stores
How can I return the shoes?
To initiate a return, please use our returns portal. This is the fastest and easiest way to create a return label.
Create the return label. Please note that the label will no longer automatically be included with your delivery, but must be created through the returns portal.
Enclosure of return slip
The return form is included with your order, but does not need to be filled out. Please simply include it with the items you are returning in the package. This will help us process your return more quickly.

Processing of Return
Once your return has arrived and been checked by us, we will take care of processing your exchange request as quickly as possible. Depending on availability, we will send you the new shoes. If your desired model is currently not available in your size, we will contact you immediately. In the case of a refund, the timing of the repayment may vary depending on the payment method. For refunds via credit card, you will usually find the transaction on the credit card statement of the following month. We have no influence on the billing date of your statement.
